What is a license key and how does it work?

A license key is the digital verison of a car key. Just as you use a car key to turn on your vehicle, you use a license key to activate a software product such as PC HealthPack. When you purchase PC healthPack an email is sent to you containing the license key, which consists of a string of letters separated by hyphens. You enter this license key in the PC HealthPack Register dialog to activate the product.

Each standard license key you buy activates PC HealthPack for a period of one year and gives you access to our techincal support team should you have any questions about using the product.

Can I run PC HealthPack on every computer I own?

When you purchase a PC HealthPack license key, you choose how many computers you would like to use the key on. If for example, you bought a license for 3 computers you can install and activate PC HealthPack on up to 3 computers at any one time. If you want to run PC HealthPack on 4 or more computers, you will have to purchase another license key.

I have lost my copy of PC HealthPack, where can I download it?

Once you download and install the product, follow these instructions to enter your license key to activate PC HealthPack. (Note: your license key was sent to you in an email)

I submitted a technical support request but no one has contacted me?

Our technical support team strives to provide 24-hour turn around time for support requests. We have staff working 24 hours a day and only under extreme circumstances will it take longer than 24 hours to provide a response to a technical support request.

If you are a registered user of our products and have submitted a support request, rest assured that our team is working around the clock and will contact you as soon as possible.

When my license key expires will you rebill my credit card automatically?

No. When your license key expires, PC HealthPack will remind you that you will need to renew your product subscription and will give you instructions on how to do so.

What is your policy on refunds?

We are happy to provide a full refund for any product, provided you contact us within 60 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be applied to the same method of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
